Morocco recorded on Sunday 4,115 new contaminations with COVID-19, bringing the total to 353,803 confirmed cases, the Ministry of Health announced.
The number of deaths due to coronavirus was 5,789 while the number of recoveries was 302,314, said the daily bulletin of the Ministry of Health, adding that 1,041 of those infected with COVID-19 are in a severe or critical condition, including 91 under intubation.
The Ministry of Health invites the population to wear protective masks, to respect the rules of hygiene and health security as well as the preventive measures taken by the Moroccan authorities by demonstrating responsibility and patriotism.
